Google continues to amaze and delight. Google Cloud offers free upgrades to your personal and business services and products. Google’s free services give you the ability to dramatically increase consumer reach. Google is changing the way we all do business, and seems to have made the impossible possible! We can now do much of our business for free. What’s not to love?

GMail Replaces Outlook:

GMail offers comprehensive email management tools for home or business. You control the layout of your screen. Manage mail with ease. With one click you can sort mail and organize contacts. Recent upgrades automatically sort your personal or business mail, allowing you quickest access to priority messages. Google alerts can be directly specified to direct web information to your personal or business inbox as mail. GMail has also recently integrated Google Voice as part of the GMail environment and offers free telephone service.

Google Calendar Replaces Outlook Calendar:

Google Calendar is great companion app to other Google Cloud services. Protecting information from hardware problems and making it easy to share and collaborate with others, Google Calendar is coordinated with GMail so that messages related to your calendar keywords are immediately identified as “add to calender!”

Google Docs Replaces MS Word, Excel, and Powerpoint:

Google Docs is a documents creation and storage environment that meets our business needs! Documents can be created, modified, and shared to the internet. Documents can also be multi authored and group edited. Available editing tools are extensive.

Google Drive Replaces Back Ups:

Google Drive allows you to store and share documents with confidence in several environments. Your documents are safely stored in a cloud based online environment, protecting them from any hardware issues. Documents are easy to multi author and share in several ways, and it is as easy to download documents, as it is to upload them.

Google Hangouts replaces GoToMeeting and GoToWebinar:

Google Hangouts offers new and improved ways to create and manage your online meetings. Teams can meet in Google Hangouts and work on documents in Google Docs and Google Drive together. Friends can meet and have fun exploring the communications apps and offers.
